Arizona Day 1 – Phoenix – 4/18/2015
First stop – Goldfield Ghost Town! We came a bit earlier than usual people so it really felt like a ghost town with only us and a few others there. Pretty cool set up!
Old town feel
Take me to church
Played a pretty fun shooting arcade game in the empty town. I won 🙂
Next stop – Canyon Lake! Awesome view
Enjoying a dip in the nice cool lake water.
Stopped at Tortilla Flat to get their “infamous” ice cream. Although it tastes just like any other ice cream.
Why, yes we are! Pretty faces!
The Coffee Shop in Gilbert, AZ! Really nice place! Awesome atmosphere that creates the perfect balance between relaxation and enjoyment. Their food uses the freshly grown vegetables from the neighboring Agritopia, the community garden!
Agritopia! There was a community garden in the same area. Really cool concept! People could lease out plots to plant their own little gardens! Made it into a really nice place to sit and relax!
Perfect weather 🙂
Just like this 🙂
Then to downtown Phoenix and randomly decided to watch an AFL game! Arena Football League. Basically indoor football with the same rules, but only half the size of a normal field.
Arizona Rattlers vs Portland Thunder!
Had dinner at Phoenix Public Market. Good vibes and great food. I got the Pork Chile Verde Pot Pie.
Dinner selfie 🙂 Was a fully packed day! Next, we will be heading to Sedona! The Red Rock city! Keep posted~
Looks like fun times in the company of good food and friends. 🙂 Miss you girl. I love your new blog, keep posting!!
