First time in Philadephia, PA. Came for a business trip. Training and meeting with the rest of my team. But also squeezed in some time for sightseeing and eats. First sight of the city of Philly and I see City Hall. Tall buildings, old buildings everywhere. Love the feel. Kinda like NYC.

Had to get a coffee in the afternoon. Jae took me to get some. I thought I needed some extra caffeine so I got a dark roast (Napoli). Later on in the evening, I could feel my hands shaking. And I only drank half of my coffee. That’s some strong coffee.

Of course. Had to. Tried Pat’s King of Steaks philly cheesesteak. Honestly, I wasn’t all that impressed with it. Nothing TOO special. Mushroom pepper wit whiz. Oh ya.

After the cheesesteak, walked around the neighborhood and came across some dessert. Sicilian Cannoli’s! Imported from Italy. And the cream… the cream… the cream!!! I want some more!

Rittenhouse Square. One of the five original open space public parks planned by William Penn. Wish we had more of these in Dallas.

Lobster roll and lobster bisque dinner at Luke’s Lobster! Quarter pound of lobster in that tiny roll. But oh so good! Definitely recommend.

Midnight snack. Shake Shack is so delicious and I’m so excited they’re opening one up in Dallas soon! The fries are perfect. Crispy on the outside and soft and potato-y on the inside. And the burger is great. Crispy bacon and that shack sauce!!!! UGH! Better than In-n-Out.
